.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate breezes will prevail in the near
term as an Atlantic ridge extends westward across Florida. This
high will be subsumed by a larger high spreading into the western
North Atlantic over the next couple of days. This will be
accompanied by sharply freshening easterly breezes. Breezes will
diminish somewhat Monday through Tuesday as the high loses
latitude towards the Bahamas.
The Approximate Shoreward Edge of the Gulf Stream is currently
unavailable.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure north of the Greater Antilles is
sustaining fresh to strong trade winds over the south-central
Caribbean, and moderate to fresh winds elsewhere, including the
Windward Passage. By this evening, strengthening of the high
pressure will also force fresh to strong trade winds in the Gulf
of Honduras, lee of Cuba, Windward Passage and just south of
Hispaniola through early next week.
